People Operations Specialist - MEDvidi**
US MedTech · Remote · 2 PM–10 PM CET

Own the full provider (clinician) lifecycle end-to-end: preboarding, onboarding, document coordination, and offboarding. You'll sit in Business Operations, partner daily with our Senior HR Ops Specialist, and coordinate across Finance, Legal, and Clinical Ops.

- Shape the process, don't just run it: we're restructuring it and want you spotting inefficiencies and automating (Notion, Zapier)

You're a fit if you have:
- 2+ years in HR ops / HR admin / operational generalist role
- Proven high-volume onboarding & offboarding in parallel, zero dropped steps
- HRIS experience (BambooHR a plus) + disciplined data hygiene across tools
- Strong Notion (databases, automation) and solid reporting/analytics skills
- Detail-obsessed and highly organized
- English C1+ and fluent Russian
