Design Avenue is hiring a Lead Architect in Yerevan.

We’re looking for an experienced architect to lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion.

What you’ll do: lead design development, prepare technical documentation, coordinate engineers and vendors, manage timelines, supervise junior team members, and ensure strong design quality throughout the project.

Requirements:
• Degree in Architecture
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Project leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of construction, materials, and technical drawings
• AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Adobe Package, or similar
• Fluent English

📍 Full-time, on-site in Yerevan.
