As our team is expanding, we are looking to hire a Trader.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execution of clients ’orders in multiple asset classes: derivatives, listed options, equities (US and EU shares, ETF’s),
fixed income, FX, money market instruments, repo.
• Day-to-day monitoring of trading platforms and clients’ exposures/ accounts.
• Liaising with other relevant departments, particularly with the Middle and Back-Office in relation to pre-trade and post
trade activities and obligations. Providing assistance and necessary guidance where needed.
• Application of operational procedures and ensuring compliance with all internal processes and controls of the
department.
• Responding to clients’ queries and ad hoc requests.
• Preparation of relevant internal and external reports as requested by the senior management.
• Developing and improving the operation of the department in terms of its trading infrastructure and relationships with
counterparties and brokers.
• Enhancing internal procedures and processes.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
• University degree in Finance, Economics or any other relevant field.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role at a financial institution.
• CySEC Certificate (Advanced).
• Good knowledge and experience in using different trading platforms such as CQG, Bloomberg. Knowledge of other
trading platforms will be considered a plus.
• Fluency in English and Russian languages - both verbal and written.

Появилась новая позиция Product Owner

Мы ищем Product Owner – Billing для развития billing-домена в финансовом продукте.
Это роль на стыке product ownership, financial operations, billing logic и взаимодействия с engineering-командами. Специалист будет отвечать за billing engines, invoicing, fee calculation, settlements, collections, accounting integrations, reconciliation и revenue reporting.


Основная цель роли — сделать все финансовые транзакции точными, прозрачными, auditable и масштабируемыми по мере роста бизнеса.

Основные задачи:
▪️ Владеть billing roadmap и product backlog.
▪️ Формировать requirements, user stories и acceptance criteria для engineering-команды.
▪️ Приоритизировать задачи с учетом business impact, операционной эффективности и regulatory requirements.
▪️ Проектировать и улучшать billing workflows для financing products.
▪️ Работать с логикой fee calculation, interest accruals, penalties, extensions, refunds и adjustments.
▪️ Определять invoicing logic и payment allocation logic.
▪️ Следить за корректностью customer balances и transaction histories.
▪️ Улучшать collections и repayment tracking capabilities.
▪️ Формировать требования к reconciliation между internal systems, payment providers, banks и accounting platforms.
▪️ Снижать количество reconciliation exceptions и manual operational work.
▪️ Определять reporting requirements для Finance и Management.
▪️ Поддерживать audit и regulatory reporting requirements.
▪️ Участвовать в backlog grooming, sprint planning, testing и release activities.
▪️ Работать с QA над точностью и надежностью billing-функционала.
▪️ Отслеживать product performance и operational KPIs.

Что важно:
▪️ Опыт от 3 лет в Product Management, Product Ownership или Business Analysis.
▪️ Опыт с billing, payments, accounting, lending или financial systems.
▪️ Понимание fee calculation, invoicing, settlements, collections или reconciliation processes.
▪️ Опыт работы с API и engineering-командами.
▪️ Сильные analytical и problem-solving skills.
▪️ Понимание financial reconciliation и reporting processes.
▪️ Опыт в fintech, lending, banking или payments будет большим плюсом.
▪️ Умение переводить сложную финансовую и операционную логику в понятные product requirements.
▪️ Внимание к деталям, так как роль напрямую связана с billing accuracy, revenue leakage и financial reporting.

Появилась новая позиция Business Analyst (Product Discovery)
Компания развивает fintech-продукт в сфере кредитных процессов, скоринга и принятия решений. Команда усиливает направление Product Discovery и ищет бизнес-аналитика, который будет помогать превращать бизнес-проблемы в понятные процессы, требования и решения до старта разработки.


Это роль не про sprint execution и не про сопровождение задач в delivery. Основной фокус — problem structuring, solution design, discovery documentation и подготовка качественных требований для передачи командам разработки.

Мы ищем Business Analyst, который умеет разбирать сложные бизнес-задачи, описывать AS-IS / TO-BE процессы, проектировать customer journey, работать с decision logic и формировать понятные functional / system requirements.

Основные задачи:
▪️ Анализировать и декомпозировать бизнес-проблемы на понятные логические компоненты.
▪️ Проектировать и документировать AS-IS и TO-BE бизнес-процессы.
▪️ Описывать процессы через BPMN, UML, decision trees и другие структурные форматы.
▪️ Предлагать улучшения customer journey, кредитных процессов и логики принятия решений.
▪️ Переводить бизнес-процессы в функциональные и системные требования.
▪️ Описывать data requirements, integration requirements и зависимости между системами.
▪️ Прорабатывать статусы, переходы, edge cases, API logic и бизнес-правила.
▪️ Готовить структурированную discovery-документацию для передачи delivery-командам.
▪️ Согласовывать решения с Product Owners, Risk, Engineering и Operations.
▪️ Помогать команде приходить от абстрактной бизнес-задачи к реализуемому системному решению.

Что важно:
▪️ Опыт 3–5+ лет в роли Business Analyst / System Analyst.
▪️ Опыт работы в fintech, lending, credit risk или смежных финансовых продуктах.
▪️ Хорошее понимание кредитных процессов, underwriting, scoring и decision logic.
▪️ Умение структурировать сложные и абстрактные бизнес-задачи.
▪️ Опыт описания бизнес-процессов, AS-IS / TO-BE flows, BPMN / UML.
▪️ Умение формировать functional requirements и system requirements.
▪️ Понимание data flows, integration logic, API dependencies и edge cases.
▪️ Способность думать не только как аналитик требований, но и как человек, который проектирует решение.
▪️ Умение взаимодействовать с Product, Risk, Engineering и Operations.
▪️ Свободный русский и английский для работы с командой и документацией.
Будет плюсом:
▪️ Опыт в lending, BNPL, микрокредитовании, digital banking или credit decisioning.
▪️ Опыт работы с risk rules, scoring models, underwriting flows или decision engines.
▪️ Понимание KYC / AML, fraud checks, eligibility checks и customer verification flows.
▪️ Опыт описания API contracts, data mapping, status models и transition logic.
▪️ Опыт работы в Product Discovery-команде.
▪️ Умение не просто фиксировать требования, а предлагать улучшения процессов и customer journey.
▪️ Опыт подготовки документации для handoff в delivery-команды.
