Sales Development Associate

About the Company:
We are a fintech company providing payment solutions for high-risk industries. As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a Sales Development Associate to join our team in Paphos.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients
Reach out to prospects via Email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Schedule online and face-to-face meetings
Prepare commercial offers and negotiate with clients
Maintain and update the CRM system
Represent the company at international events
Requirements:

Previous B2B sales experience
Experience in fintech, payments, or high-risk industries is a plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills
English proficiency (B2+)
Proactive and results-driven mindset
