👤 **Who we are looking for
**• 5+ years in iGaming, fintech, trading, payments, or multi-brand platforms
• 2+ years as CTO, Head of Technology, Head of Engineering, or Engineering Director (preferred)
• Russian speaking
• Based in Cyprus or willing to relocate within 3 months (flexible for exceptional candidates)
• Proven success building products from scratch and scaling engineering teams
• Experience managing vendors and internal engineering teams
• Background in regulated industries (iGaming, CFDs, brokerage)
• Strong knowledge of PAM, aggregators, wallets, bonus engines, and CRM
• Commercial mindset with focus on growth, performance, and cost efficiency
