🚀 APERCON is hiring an experienced CEO to lead B2C operations across Tier-1 markets, driving sustainable growth in highly competitive environments.

🧲 Requirements:
– 4+ years experience in Country Head, COO, or CEO roles within B2C iGaming**
**– Solid leadership experience in iGaming B2C in Tier-1 markets
– Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and licensing in mature markets
– Strong track record of sustainable growth and market share expansion
– P&L ownership, strategic planning, and operational excellence
– Fluent in English and Russian/Ukrainian

**🛠 Key Responsibilities:
**– Lead and scale B2C operations in Tier-1 markets
– Develop and execute long-term growth strategy
– Ensure full regulatory compliance across relevant jurisdictions
– Own P&L and drive operational efficiency
– Build and align cross-functional teams around business goals
