📌 Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated application/API incidents • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes • Manage monitoring infrastructure as code (Terraform) • Monitor logs/metrics via Coralogix, Grafana • Support deployment validation and on-call rotations
📌 Requirements: • 3+ years in Application Support, SRE, or Production Ops • Experience with cloud infrastructure and Terraform • Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, Coralogix, Datadog • CI/CD, Git, deployment automation • Basic networking, load balancers, DNS knowledge
