We are looking for a strong CMO / Head of Acquisition to join a new iGaming venture focused on Tier-1 markets: Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

This is a great opportunity for a senior acquisition leader who wants to join at the very beginning, build the affiliate and acquisition direction from scratch, shape the strategy, and create a high-performing acquisition ecosystem around the product.

The project is backed by a successful international holding with strong financial support, proven operational expertise, and ambitious growth plans.

🔹 Key focus areas:

• building and scaling the affiliate marketing channel
• developing and executing the acquisition strategy
• establishing partnerships with affiliates, SEO affiliates, media owners, and traffic providers
• negotiating CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals
• analyzing traffic quality, FTDs, NGR, ROI, CPA, retention, and LTV
• collaborating closely with Product, CRM, Analytics, and Management teams
• participating in building the affiliate team as the project grows

🔹 We are looking for:

• proven experience in Affiliate Marketing / Acquisition within iGaming
• strong knowledge of Canada, Australia, and New Zealand markets
• existing network of affiliate partners and SEO affiliates
• experience launching and scaling affiliate programs
• strong commercial and negotiation skills
• deep understanding of performance marketing metrics
• fluent English
