💥 We're hiring a Head of Content Moderation

💡 What you'll do:
• Design and improve content moderation policies for user safety.
• Champion compliance across moderation domains with Legal and Product teams.
• Lead and develop a team of moderators and managers for user-generated content.
• Investigate escalations and user complaints, ensuring effective responses.
• Build a strategic roadmap for best-in-class moderation capabilities.
• Manage relationships with 3rd-party vendors and moderation tech providers.

🎯 What we expect:
• 4+ years in leadership roles within Content Moderation or Trust & Safety.
• Experience in fast-paced B2C tech companies or startups.
• Strong understanding of UGC platforms and content safety challenges.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and teams.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Strong communication skills in English (Russian is a plus).
