I'm currently looking for a new opportunity as an Engineering #Manager or Team #Lead, either in Cyprus or #remote.

A few highlights about my background:

• 8+ years in software engineering, including 4+ years in engineering leadership
• Managed up to 40+ engineers across multiple cross-functional teams
• Strong technical background (.NET, backend, cloud, distributed systems)
• Built and scaled engineering teams, hired and mentored engineers and managers
• Led large organizational transformations, including transitioning teams to English-first, multicultural environments
• Drove roadmap execution, delivery excellence, process improvements, and cost optimization
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM initiatives and modern engineering practices
