🧳 BackOffice Specialist - Customer Service & KYC
**
I'm looking for a dedicated BackOffice Specialist - Customer Service & KYC to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will:

> review and process KYC documents while maintaining strict adherence to AML policies.
> you will manage verification queues primarily within KYCAID and handle basic written client communication for missing documents.

🧳 Prior hands-on experience in KYC or document verification is mandatory to ensure fast and accurate processing.

🧳 A solid understanding of compliance requirements and a B2 level of English are essential for success. The position requires a full-time commitment of 5 days a week, working within **European time zones.

Over time, you will also have the opportunity to analyze fraud patterns and contribute to **AML monitoring.
**
🌍🌎🌏 100% Remote, while EU candidates are prioritized for this role 🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺
