📍 Limassol, Cyprus | Head of Financial Audit (CFO-level role)

International consulting company is hiring a Head of Financial Audit to lead and oversee financial audit functions across fintech, IT, and iGaming projects, with direct responsibility for evaluating and strengthening financial governance at the CFO/finance leadership level.

This is a senior-level role focused not only on audit execution, but on assessing and improving the work of Finance Directors and CFO-level functions across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities:
• Leading internal and external financial audits across international projects
• Evaluating financial controls, reporting quality, and compliance frameworks at CFO level
• Identifying gaps in financial management and driving remediation strategies
• Working closely with senior finance leadership in fintech, IT, and iGaming environments

Requirements:
✔️ 3–5+ years in Financial Control / Internal Audit / Head of Finance / CFO-track roles
✔️ Strong IFRS / GAAP expertise
✔️ Advanced 1C proficiency
✔️ Fluent English

✨ ACCA / Big4 / experience auditing multi-entity or high-risk industries is a strong advantage
