💡 What you'll do:
• Design and improve content moderation policies for user safety.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, and external stakeholders on compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of moderators, enhancing AI moderation tools.
• Manage escalations, user complaints, and external inquiries.
• Build a strategic roadmap for best-in-class moderation capabilities.

🎯 What we expect:
• 4+ years in a leadership role within Content Moderation or Trust & Safety.
• 3+ years in fast-paced B2C tech companies.
• Strong understanding of UGC platforms and content safety challenges.
• Experience with legal and operational risks related to compliance.
• Excellent analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
