**🎮 Marketing Manager @ HypeTrain Digital | Remote

We're on the hunt for a Marketing Manager to join HypeTrain Digital — a gaming studio where campaigns are built with both strategy and soul.

This isn't a role for someone who waits for tasks. HypeTrain runs a matrix structure, meaning you'll work closely with producers across key projects — bringing your own ideas, experiments, and creative muscle to the table.

**🔥 What you'll be doing
**
• Influencer & ambassador marketing — sourcing the right creators, managing outreach and databases, and building long-term partnerships that actually move the needle.
• Platform analytics & trend monitoring — tracking traffic, watching competitors, and staying ahead of algorithm shifts across TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), Steam, and YouTube.
• Short-form video content — producing and distributing vertical content (Reels, Shorts) to grow new audiences organically.
• Creative ownership — we're not looking for task-completers. Bring ideas: how to improve the funnel, which experiments to run, which windows of opportunity to seize.
• Reporting & data analysis — collecting campaign data, drawing conclusions, and working comfortably with large datasets and spreadsheets.

**✅ What we're looking for
**
• English B2+ — all influencer and platform work is conducted in English.
• Analytical mindset — comfortable with numbers, able to turn data into decisions.
• A genuine love of games — broad gaming knowledge matters here. Be ready to share your Steam profile.
• Platform fluency — hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, X, Steam, and YouTube dashboards and analytics.
• High autonomy & accountability — you manage your deadlines and care deeply about the industry.
• Bonus: basic video editing and graphic skills (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop) — useful for quick cuts or media kit edits without waiting on a designer.
