Появилась новая позиция Product Owner

Мы ищем Product Owner – Billing для развития billing-домена в финансовом продукте.
Это роль на стыке product ownership, financial operations, billing logic и взаимодействия с engineering-командами. Специалист будет отвечать за billing engines, invoicing, fee calculation, settlements, collections, accounting integrations, reconciliation и revenue reporting.


Основная цель роли — сделать все финансовые транзакции точными, прозрачными, auditable и масштабируемыми по мере роста бизнеса.

Основные задачи:
▪️ Владеть billing roadmap и product backlog.
▪️ Формировать requirements, user stories и acceptance criteria для engineering-команды.
▪️ Приоритизировать задачи с учетом business impact, операционной эффективности и regulatory requirements.
▪️ Проектировать и улучшать billing workflows для financing products.
▪️ Работать с логикой fee calculation, interest accruals, penalties, extensions, refunds и adjustments.
▪️ Определять invoicing logic и payment allocation logic.
▪️ Следить за корректностью customer balances и transaction histories.
▪️ Улучшать collections и repayment tracking capabilities.
▪️ Формировать требования к reconciliation между internal systems, payment providers, banks и accounting platforms.
▪️ Снижать количество reconciliation exceptions и manual operational work.
▪️ Определять reporting requirements для Finance и Management.
▪️ Поддерживать audit и regulatory reporting requirements.
▪️ Участвовать в backlog grooming, sprint planning, testing и release activities.
▪️ Работать с QA над точностью и надежностью billing-функционала.
▪️ Отслеживать product performance и operational KPIs.

Что важно:
▪️ Опыт от 3 лет в Product Management, Product Ownership или Business Analysis.
▪️ Опыт с billing, payments, accounting, lending или financial systems.
▪️ Понимание fee calculation, invoicing, settlements, collections или reconciliation processes.
▪️ Опыт работы с API и engineering-командами.
▪️ Сильные analytical и problem-solving skills.
▪️ Понимание financial reconciliation и reporting processes.
▪️ Опыт в fintech, lending, banking или payments будет большим плюсом.
▪️ Умение переводить сложную финансовую и операционную логику в понятные product requirements.
▪️ Внимание к деталям, так как роль напрямую связана с billing accuracy, revenue leakage и financial reporting.

▪️ Снижение reconciliation exceptions.
▪️ Снижение manual operational work.
▪️ Revenue leakage rate.
▪️ Time to resolve billing issues.
▪️ On-time delivery of roadmap initiatives.
