🚀 Creative Producer / Creative Strategist (Turkey)

📍 Location: Turkey
🌍 Remote
🎰 Industry: iGaming / Gambling
💰 Salary: $700–800/month + performance bonuses

We are looking for a Creative Producer based in Turkey to create and test advertising creatives for the Turkish market.

Requirements:
• Based in Turkey
• Fluent Turkish
• Working proficiency in English or Russian
• Experience in iGaming, Gambling, Betting, Affiliate or Performance Marketing
• Experience creating advertising creatives (static and/or video)
• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop, Figma, etc.
• Understanding of TikTok Ads and Facebook Ads

Responsibilities:
• Monitor Turkish trends, influencers, memes and viral content
• Research competitor ads
• Develop new creative concepts and hooks
• Create static and simple video ads
• Work closely with media buyers to improve performance

➕ Nice to have:
UGC experience, influencer network, motion design skills.

🕒 Full-time | 09:00–19:00 (GMT+3)
