🚀 Head of iGaming Merchant Risk

**📍 Remote or Relocation to Limassol, Cyprus
💰 Salary: €5,000 net–€6,000/month**

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and experienced Head of iGaming Merchant Risk to build and lead our Merchant Risk Department from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity for a risk professional with deep iGaming expertise to create underwriting frameworks, establish risk policies, implement monitoring tools, and build a team responsible for protecting our ecosystem from regulatory, operational, and financial risks.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Develop and manage merchant underwriting and risk assessment frameworks
🔹 Conduct merchant due diligence, website audits, and license verification
🔹 Perform compliance reviews covering AML/KYC and responsible gaming requirements
🔹 Design and execute operational audits and mystery shopping programs
🔹 Monitor merchant performance, fraud indicators, chargebacks, and transaction anomalies
🔹 Ensure compliance with card scheme requirements and gambling regulations
🔹 Build, train, and lead a high-performing Merchant Risk team

Requirements

✔ 5+ years of experience in iGaming Risk, Merchant Underwriting, Fraud Prevention, or Compliance
✔ Strong knowledge of online casino and sportsbook operations
✔ Deep understanding of payment processing, PSPs, aggregators, and affiliate traffic
✔ Experience identifying high-risk merchants, fake licenses, and compliance violations
✔ Strong analytical, investigative, and decision-making skills
✔ Previous leadership experience and ability to build processes from scratch

🚀 QA Automation Engineer (FinTech)

We’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer to help ensure the quality, scalability, and reliability of modern payment solutions in a fast-growing FinTech environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for building and maintaining automated test coverage across backend and API-driven systems, with a strong focus on payment flows. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to improve product quality, strengthen release confidence, and enhance QA processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing
• Strong experience with JavaScript or Python
• Hands-on experience with Playwright (automation framework)
• Experience in the FinTech domain (required)
• Strong expertise in backend/API testing (Postman, Swagger)
• Experience with log analysis tools such as Grafana and Kibana
• Experience working with QA automation frameworks and test automation practices
• Solid understanding of STLC and QA methodologies
• Experience creating and maintaining test documentation

Nice to Have

• Experience with payment systems and payment provider integrations
• Experience testing gRPC services and event-driven architectures
• Product mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites
• Perform functional, regression, API, and exploratory testing
• Execute end-to-end payment provider integration testing
• Improve QA processes, testing strategies, and documentation
• Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to improve product quality
• Triage bugs and support release testing activities
• Investigate and debug complex production issues
