Middle/Middle+ Data Analyst (Remote)
We are looking for a Middle/Middle+ Data Analyst to join a product team and take ownership of the Retention/CRM analytics domain.
What you'll do:
• Own Retention analytics for a high-load B2C product
• Work closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders
• Translate business questions into analytical solutions
• Build and optimize analytical reports and dashboards
• Support CRM initiatives with data-driven insights
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and BI Engineers on data marts and dashboards
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong SQL skills (ClickHouse or PostgreSQL)
• Python (Pandas, NumPy)
• Tableau, Power BI or Superset
• Experience with product analytics
• Understanding of data modeling and analytical data marts
• English B1+
Nice to have:
• iGaming, FinTech, GameDev, Dating, AI or other high-load B2C product experience
• Git, Airflow, dbt
