We're looking for a growth operator to own mobile apps marketing across our mental health platform ecosystem.

**Scope:
**• Full-funnel mobile performance across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok & Apple Search Ads
• App Store Optimization end-to-end: keywords, creative testing, localization
• Attribution stack (AppsFlyer/Adjust, SKAdNetwork, GDPR-compliant reporting)
• Lifecycle marketing — push, in-app, email — to drive retention & subscription conversion
• Continuous testing across creative, channels, pricing & paywalls

**Experience Required:
**• 6+ years in growth/performance marketing with deep mobile app focus
• Proven track record scaling subscription or freemium apps through organic and paid channels
• Experience in healthtech, wellness, or regulated B2C — strongly preferred
• Fluency with AppsFlyer/Adjust, Meta, Google UAC, TikTok Ads, Mixpanel/Amplitude
• Hands-on ASO and paid UA at scale, ideally across the US and/or Western Europe

This is a builder role. You'll set up the growth engine from scratch and lead a lean team doing it.
