🔹 Requirements:
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or high-risk industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with CRM systems and managing structured sales pipelines
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented
• Fluent English
• An established network of industry contacts is a strong advantage

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants, focusing on expanding merchant traffic across Europe
• Conduct negotiations, presentations, and prepare commercial proposals
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and technical teams to ensure smooth client integration
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

💰 Salary: From €5,000 net/month + performance-based bonuses
📍 Relocation to Cyprus (Limassol)
