We've asked MDR for clarification and estimated 5-15% of total effort) SQL - scripts and database jobs for M365 system interactions (MS SQL / Azure SQL) Azure Services & APIs - SharePoint / Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Defender, Pureview, EntraID Integrations Reports & Forms - implementation and modification within M365 Copilot / AI - advisory and potential integration (bonus scoring criterion)
