Office Assistant (Russian-English Speaking) – LimassolOur Migration Office is seeking a reliable and professional
Office Assistant to join our team in Limassol. We specialize in immigration services and are looking for a motivated individual who will help ensure smooth office operations and provide excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and communications in a prompt and professional manner
• Greet and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment
• Manage and organize office filing systems and documentation
• Maintain and update records, paperwork, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings and reservations
• Assist with daily office operations and errands as required
Requirements:• Fluency in
English and Russian (Greek is an advantage)
• University degree
• Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Knowledge of the Cyprus immigration sector is a plus
What We Offer:• Full-time employment (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00)
• Office-based role in Limassol
• Salary:
