💳📈 I'm looking for a Head of Crypto Vertical (non-custodial wallet + card + trading)


🌍 An international team of young professionals united by a belief in the decentralized world. And we are ready to give one person full ownership of our crypto business line.

Mission:
Build and scale the crypto vertical into an autonomous, high-growth business. Own P&L, drive revenue, and grow sustainably — with regulation in mind.

What you will do:
- Own budgeting, margins, unit economics (CAC, LTV, ARPU)
- Close strategic deals (issuers, processors, exchanges, neobanks)
- Navigate KYC/AML/MiCA and card scheme rules
- Hire and lead a lean business team (growth, BD, ops)
- Align Product, Legal, Marketing around commercial targets


Required:
✔ 5+ years in fintech/crypto/payments with GM / Head of BizDev level
✔ Proven P&L delivery
✔ Crypto cards, wallets, on/off-ramps experience
✔ Strong partnerships track record
✔ Analytical mindset (SQL/BI a plus)
