We develop our projects on different GEOs including Tier3, that’s why we are currently looking for an experienced Manager of Mobcash agents who already has hands-on experience working with mobile cash agents and understands how local payment ecosystems operate.

⚙️Your responsibilities will be:
• Searching and attracting mobile cash agents through Facebook, WhatsApp groups, Telegram, local communities, forums and personal networking;
• Onboarding and launching new agents into the system;
• Building long-term relationships and supporting agents until stable performance/results;
• Maintaining and scaling active agent networks;
• Working closely with internal teams to resolve operational/payment issues;
• Developing new acquisition channels and GEO opportunities.

📍Requirements:
• Proven experience working with mobcash agents;
• Existing database or network of agents;
• Working experience in iGaming sphere on Bangladesh GEO;
• Experience in partner acquisition and relationship management;
• Ability to independently source and launch agents from scratch;
• English B2+ / Bengali language;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

➕Will be a plus:
• Work experience and active agent network in other Tier3 GEOs (Asia, Africa, LATAM).
