Senior Engineering Manager for QA(QE) Teams(8+ years of exp.)

Location: Remote
Conditions: b2b contract
Type: Full-time, 8 h a day;
4 h daily overlap with the core team.
8 a m.-12 p m.(-5 UTC).
Vacation is unpaid
Minimum contract is 9 month and on.
Russian/English languages
$6700 - 8000 before taxes

We’re seeking a strong Engineering Manager / Delivery Manager to lead distributed Development and QA teams, with a focus on Eastern European staff management, team leadership, and delivery execution. The ideal candidate will have a technical background managing DEV or QE teams, excellent communication skills, and proven experience mentoring engineers while driving Agile delivery processes.

Requirements:
- Be outside the Russia and Belarus;
- Bachelor’s/College degree is a must;
- Russian, English languages;
- Strong technical background  in software engineering, QA engineering, or technical project management. Understanding of software development lifecycle and QA processes;
- Experience managing offshore or distributed teams;
- Agile/Scrum methodologies,
- Experience working with enterprise software or digital transformation projects;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
