🎰 CRM & Promotions Manager (iGaming)

We're looking for a specialist who can build effective bonus mechanics, launch engaging promo campaigns, and optimize player retention across Casino & Sportsbook products.

💡 What you'll be doing:
• Creating and optimizing bonus strategies & promo mechanics
• Launching tournaments, seasonal campaigns & special offers
• Analyzing ROI, Bonus Cost and player engagement metrics
• Working closely with CRM and VIP teams to drive retention and reactivation

🎯 Requirements:
• 2+ years of iGaming experience in CRM / Bonus / Promotions
• Strong understanding of wagering, RTP, hold, Bonus Cost & ROI
• Experience with player segmentation and campaign analytics
• English B1+ 🇬🇧
• Russian Fluent 🇷🇺
⭐️ Experience with African or CIS markets is a plus.
