Requirements:
• Experience in affiliate marketing / CPA / agencies
• Strong communication & negotiation skills• English Upper-Intermediate+
• Ability to build long-term partner relationships
• Proactive approach to finding and onboarding new affiliates
• Understanding of affiliate market trends
• AI tools usage (ChatGPT, Claude) will be a plus

Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop affiliate partnerships
• Attract new traffic sources and partners
• Monitor traffic quality and partner performance
• Analyze metrics and improve ROI
• Work with media plans and budgets
• Optimize processes using AI tools
