- 7+ years in senior operational roles in companies with 500+ employees.
- 2-3 successful change management cases under your belt.
- Proven experience in process automation and working with technical teams (DevOps, development).
- You understand how AI reduces friction and accelerates delivery.

🎯 Who We’re Looking For:
• 7+ years in senior engineering roles (Tech Lead / Head of Engineering / AI transformation).
• Proven cases of AI & automation implementations that actually moved business metrics.
• Deep tech background (development, infra, LLMs) + ability to speak with C-level and engineers alike.
• Successfully led cross-functional, cross-legal-entity projects in fast-growing companies.
• You know how to standardize processes without breaking teams.
• Business fluent English.

🦾 Nice to have:
• Platform engineering / DevProd background. Building internal AI ecosystems from scratch. Consulting or transformation track record.
