We’re looking for an experienced VIP Manager to join our growing iGaming team.

Responsibilities:
— Manage and retain VIP players
— Maintain daily communication via calls/messengers/email
— Provide personalized bonus offers
— Handle escalations and client requests
— Collect feedback and support player engagement

Requirements:
— 1.5–2+ years in iGaming / online casino
— Experience with VIP clients
— Strong communication & objection-handling skills
— English level B2+
— Results-driven mindset and understanding of KPIs

➕ Nice to have: experience with iGaming CRM systems.
