We are hiring an Affiliate Manager for the Filipino market (Performance Marketing).
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team and play a key role in scaling our affiliate partnerships, driving revenue, and expanding our performance marketing channels.

Role: Affiliate Manager
Location: On-site, Limassol, Cyprus
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliate partners
- Build strong relationships with publishers, influencers, and networks
- Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI
- Negotiate commissions, deals, and promotional opportunities
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities
- Stay updated on affiliate trends and competitor activity

Requirements:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and KPIs
- Self-motivated, proactive, and growth-focused
- Fluent in English and Filipino (required)
- Spanish is a big plus
