We’re looking for an experienced In-App Account Manager to join a growing iGaming network working with mobile and in-app traffic across multiple GEOs.
🕐 Full-time
💰 Salary: ~4000 euro+ bonuses (discussed during the interview)
What you’ll do:
• Manage and grow relationships with advertisers and partners
• Oversee mobile & in-app campaigns end-to-end
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI
• Work closely with internal teams on scaling strategies
• Support and develop existing partner accounts
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in mobile/in-app traffic
• Strong understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem
• Experience working with advertisers or account portfolios
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

🌍 **Affiliate Manager | iGaming Network | Remote (EU time zone)
**We’re looking for a sales-driven Affiliate Manager to join a growing iGaming affiliate network.
This role is for a true hunter - someone who can bring new affiliates and traffic sources from day one, not just manage existing big brands.
Requirements:
• 2+ years in iGaming affiliate marketing
• Strong Tier 1 experience
• Existing network-ready affiliate base
• Hands-on experience with SMS & Social traffic
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Commercial, proactive mindset
• Fluent English
Role focus:
• Hunt and onboard new affiliates
• Scale partnerships across multiple GEOs
• Drive traffic and revenue growth
• Find non-obvious growth opportunities
• Optimize partner performance
