Business Operations Lead (hybrid/Riga)

Responsibilities:
• Improve and build operational processes
• Work closely with the founder and support daily operations
• Coordinate execution between teams
• Introduce structure, reporting and KPI tracking
• Optimize workflows and improve efficiency
• Support operations in a fintech/payment environment

**Requirements:
**• Experience in fintech, payments, PSP or crypto
• Hands-on operational mindset
• Startup or fast-growing company experience
• Understanding of payment operations, onboarding or risk/compliance
• Strong communication and ownership
• Russian language is required
• Based in Riga or open to hybrid work
