Finance Manager - Limassol, Cyprus (onsite)

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join a fast-growing fintech/payment environment in Limassol.

Responsibilities:
- Managing daily liquidity and monitoring all payment flows (incoming/outgoing)
- Controlling account balances and ensuring sufficient funds for operations
- Working with payment providers and PSP partners
- Monitoring cooperation terms (fees, settlement periods)
- Planning and controlling FX operations
- Reconciliation of balances with providers and clients
- Close collaboration with Finance, AML, Compliance, and Payment Operations teams
 
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in fintech / PSP / payment companies
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to make fast and accurate decisions
- English level: Intermediate+
