🚀 Senior FP&A Manager (Future Head of FP&A)

We are looking for a hands-on Senior FP&A Manager to build and scale the FP&A function from scratch. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and strategic finance processes while growing into a future Head of FP&A role.

🔹 Build budgeting & rolling forecast processes
🔹 Lead financial modelling & scenario analysis
🔹 Perform plan vs actual & variance analysis
🔹 Develop KPIs, reporting frameworks & dashboards
🔹 Improve financial processes & automation
🔹 Partner closely with senior leadership

✅ 5+ years in FP&A / Corporate Finance
✅ Strong financial modelling skills
✅ Experience building processes from zero is a plus
✅ Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
✅ Strategic mindset with hands-on approach
