🎯 Must-have

* 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
* Proven experience in FinTech / InsurTech domains
* Experience working on international projects (US/EU clients)
* English B2+

🛠 Responsibilities

* Drive full BA lifecycle: elicitation → analysis → specification → validation → delivery support
* Gather and structure business requirements, translate them into clear specs
* Decompose epics into features and user stories with solid acceptance criteria
* Model processes (BPMN, UML)
* Collaborate with stakeholders and development team in Agile environment
