Lead Full-Stack Engineer (CTO-Level Execution)

About the Role

We are a fast-growing sweepstakes entertainment company operating in the US market, building a high-performance, scalable social gaming ecosystem.
We’re looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer who operates at a CTO level in terms of ownership and decision-making, while remaining highly hands-on.
This is a key role where you will design and build cross-platform systems end-to-end and directly impact core product architecture, monetization, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design and build cross-platform systems (Web, Mobile, Backend) from scratch (A→Z)
• Lead architecture decisions and technical strategy
• Develop high-concurrency, scalable backend systems
• Build and optimize payment, wallet, and monetization systems
• Work with real-time systems and event-driven architecture
• Oversee integrations (payments, crypto, fraud prevention, KYC/AML)
• Collaborate with product and business teams on core features
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of the platform

Mandatory Requirements**

• Strong experience as Full-Stack / Tech Lead (5+ years)
• Proven background in iGaming, fintech, or real-time platforms
• Hands-on expertise in: Node.js, TypeScript, Python
• Strong frontend experience: React / Next.js
• Experience with microservices and high-load systems
• Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP), Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with payment systems, crypto integrations, fraud prevention
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to make technical decisions

Nice to Have

• Experience with React Native / Flutter
• Background in AI / automation / personalization
• Experience with analytics systems, BI dashboards
• Experience scaling products with high traffic
