π On-site position in Limassol π¨πΎ
**Head of Sales π
As Head of Sales, you will own the entire Lead-to-FTD conversion engine**. Your mission is to scale operations by building and optimizing high-performing internal and outsourced call centers. π
Youβll sit at the crossroads of marketing, CRM, and analytics, ensuring high speed-to-lead and predictable unit economics. This is a high-impact role critical to our global success. π―
**What You Will Do π οΈ
β’ Own the Funnel:** Manage end-to-end Lead β FTD conversion across all channels (Paid, Affiliate, IB). π
β’ Accountability: Drive FTD volume, conversion rates, and CAC efficiency. π
β’ Call Center Management: Lead internal and outsourced teams, managing quality, SLAs, and capacity. π
β’ Optimization: Oversee CRM pipelines, lead routing, and automation to ensure a seamless handoff to retention. β‘
β’ Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Payments to foster a performance-driven sales culture. π€
**What You Bring β
β’ Experience: 5+ years in sales leadership within CFD, Forex, Fintech, or iGaming**. π
β’ Call Center Expertise: Proven track record managing large-scale operations and technical stacks (dialers, telephony, AI QC). π§
β’ Analytical Mindset: Expert-level command of KPIs, dashboards, and cohort data. π
β’ Language: B2+ English (Spanish is a major plus). π£οΈ
