Your Experience:
✔️ 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
✔️ Advanced knowledge of SQL
✔️ Knowledge of Python
✔️ Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL (Clickhouse is a plus)
✔️ Understanding of performance metrics and monetization KPIs such as CR, EPL, ROI, RPC, LTV, etc.
✔️ Strong analytical thinking with the ability to transform complex datasets into clear business insights.

Your Responsibilities:
🔹Analyze large-scale traffic, lead, and monetization data to uncover patterns that can drive additional revenue and profit.
🔹Identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities across the monetization funnel, from traffic acquisition to final conversions.
🔹Discover high-value traffic segments, behavioral signals, and conditions associated with stronger monetization outcomes.
🔹Transform analytical findings into clear insights and hypotheses for growth managers.
🔹Support experimentation by defining metrics, analyzing test results, and identifying scalable opportunities.
🔹Build and maintain analytical reports, dashboards, and datasets that help monitor monetization performance and detect anomalies.
🔹Collaborate with the team to implement data-driven improvements in monetization logic and routing

**Your Responsibilities:
**🔹Develop new and support existing web applications using PHP (landings) - 80% of workload
🔹Implement responsive and adaptive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (JQuery)
🔹Conduct functionality and compatibility testing across various browsers and devices
🔹Ensure proper integration of codes from third-party analytical tools and marketing services such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and others**

Your Experience:**
✔️Russian language - MUST**
**✔️Experience in PHP and JavaScript (willingness to complete a simple coding task during the interview)
✔️Basic knowledge of system configuration and troubleshooting
✔️Understanding of web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx) and their configuration files
✔️Experience with version control systems (such as Git) for code management and collaborative development
✔️Result oriented approach**

Would be a plus:
