➡️ WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

- At least 2+ years’ experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Hands-on experience hiring and scaling both technical and non-technical teams across Europe
- Good understanding of TA practices and how they power a FinTech company’s growth
- Strong headhunting mindset - you know where to find the best people and how to win them over
- Excellent relationship-builder who collaborates across functions with ease
- Fast, adaptable, and feedback-driven - you thrive in a scale-up environment
