Topcotek is looking for a CRM Lead to drive multi-channel retention and engagement across the iGaming lifecycle. This is a performance-driven role focused on automation, segmentation, and maximizing customer lifetime value (CLV), with full ownership of Smartico.
๐Location: Limassol (full on-site)
โ Key Responsibilities
โ Own and manage all CRM operations within Smartico (journeys, automations, campaigns, segmentation, bonus workflows)
โ Design, build, and optimize lifecycle journeys across Email, SMS, Push, and in-app channels.
โ Develop advanced segmentation strategies using behavioral and RFM data.
โ Improve early-life retention, redeposit rates, and reactivation flows.
โ Execute structured A/B testing across messaging, timing, and promotional offers.
โ Monitor CRM performance and provide clear, actionable insights.
โ Create and refine retention and bonus strategies to increase engagement and reduce churn.
โ Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support to enhance the end-to-end player lifecycle.
๐ง Requirements for the Role
โ Must-have: iGaming lifecycle marketing experience.
โ Proven experience with CRM platforms, email/SMS automation, and player segmentation.
โ Smartico experience is mandatory.
โ Strong understanding of player retention mechanics.
โ Data-driven mindset with the ability to work on cohort analysis and campaign performance.
