📣 Vacancy: Senior Product Manager | iGaming

APERCON is searching for a Senior Product Manager to join an international iGaming business.
This opportunity is designed for a data-driven and commercially focused product leader who can take full ownership of product strategy across multiple regions, improve core performance metrics, enhance customer journeys, and drive execution in a fast-scaling environment.

**🧲 Key responsibilities
**
• Own and execute product roadmap across multiple target markets
• Design and optimize promotional mechanics including welcome offers, cascading bonuses, no-deposit flows and gamification features
• Improve registration funnels, conversion flows, retention triggers and on-site user experience
• Prepare technical briefs and manage platform setup including groups, domains, localization and provider integrations
• Establish product analytics dashboards and lead A/B testing initiatives
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate execution with internal stakeholders across payments, platform, retention, casino and affiliate functions

**🔑 Key requirements
**
• 3+ years of Product Management experience within iGaming
• Strong knowledge of sportsbook and casino product mechanics
• Proven experience managing bonus systems, CRM flows, retention and conversion initiatives
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar or equivalent analytics tools
• Experience working with **Tier-2 / Tier-3 markets such as MENA, Africa or CIS is highly advantageous
**• Strong ownership mindset with ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
• English working proficiency, Russian or Ukrainian fluent
