We're an HFT firm looking for a Senior Quantitative Researcher to join our team.

You'll work on:
* Developing and testing new high-frequency trading strategies
* Building ML models for HFT applications
* Optimizing existing strategies through market microstructure analysis
* Collaborating with a team of skilled quant researchers

We need:
* 3+ years in HFT quantitative research
* Advanced Python (pandas, numpy)
* Deep knowledge of ML models for trading
* Experience: data sampling, feature engineering, strategy deployment
* Strong statistics and probability theory
* C++ proficiency
* Passion for data analysis and problem-solving
* Fluent English (excellent communication skills)
