Around 3+ years of relevant professional experience as a Data Steward or in a closely related data-focused role
Hands-on experience in anti-financial crime domain support, with enough maturity to contribute effectively from the start
Experience working in risk-related or advisory-oriented environments
Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams
Ability to collaborate confidently with different stakeholder groups, including business and data-related roles
Willingness to work in a hybrid model with occasional office visits
Previous experience supporting migration-related initiatives
Previous experience in enterprise banking environment
Experience working closely with teams that include Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analysts, and Risk Officers
Ability to integrate quickly into an already established delivery setup and become a reliable part of the team
