I have extensive experience in IT, ranging from system administration and technical support to development and team/project management. I quickly adapt to new technologies and software, which is reflected in my track record — in every new company, I mastered new tools or even entirely new domains (such as marketing). I am results-driven and focused on both personal growth and the overall growth of the company. For example, in my previous role, I analyzed marketing department processes and became a Project Manager. Prior to that, I joined as a regular employee and, within two years, progressed to leading the implementation and support department.

Strengths: organization, responsibility, results-oriented mindset.

Areas for improvement: I tend to strictly follow regulations, which may not always be appreciated by some colleagues. However, in the long run, this approach helps establish structure and efficiency—especially when I am involved in creating those processes.
