TEAM
πŸ‘₯ You will lead a cross-functional organization (50+ people) across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and PMM.
The structure already includes strong middle management and two established product tracks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
πŸ’» Define and execute the long-term AI-first product strategy;
πŸ’» Own product development end-to-end, from vision to delivery;
πŸ’» Lead and develop Product and Engineering teams;
πŸ’» Improve product and engineering processes to increase speed and quality;
πŸ’» Identify bottlenecks, unlock growth opportunities, and support teams on an operational level;
πŸ’» Drive company-wide initiatives, including OKR and quarterly planning;
πŸ’» Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team on strategic decisions.

REQUIREMENTS
β€”Product Sense
πŸ“Œ Experience in scaling existing products and launching new ones;
πŸ“Œ Strong ability to analyze product problems and define solutions;
πŸ“Œ Clear product vision and ownership mindset.

β€”Behavioural Design
πŸ“Œ Ability to design products that drive real user behavior and outcomes;
πŸ“Œ Strong product intuition and taste.

β€”Applied AI
πŸ“Œ Hands-on experience with AI-first products;
πŸ“Œ Experience with AI Evals, RAG systems, and agent-based AI.

β€”Leadership & Communication
πŸ“Œ Experience leading large cross-functional teams;
πŸ“Œ Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

πŸ’» Lead structured problem-solving and implement long-term solutions;

REQUIREMENTS
β€”Experience
πŸ“Œ 12–18 years in operations leadership roles;
πŸ“Œ Experience in healthtech, virtual care, or regulated healthcare environments;
πŸ“Œ Proven track record of scaling operations in growth-stage companies;
πŸ“Œ Strong understanding of unit economics and operational efficiency;
