TEAM
π₯ You will lead a cross-functional organization (50+ people) across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and PMM.
The structure already includes strong middle management and two established product tracks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
π» Define and execute the long-term AI-first product strategy;
π» Own product development end-to-end, from vision to delivery;
π» Lead and develop Product and Engineering teams;
π» Improve product and engineering processes to increase speed and quality;
π» Identify bottlenecks, unlock growth opportunities, and support teams on an operational level;
π» Drive company-wide initiatives, including OKR and quarterly planning;
π» Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team on strategic decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
βProduct Sense
π Experience in scaling existing products and launching new ones;
π Strong ability to analyze product problems and define solutions;
π Clear product vision and ownership mindset.
βBehavioural Design
π Ability to design products that drive real user behavior and outcomes;
π Strong product intuition and taste.
βApplied AI
π Hands-on experience with AI-first products;
π Experience with AI Evals, RAG systems, and agent-based AI.
βLeadership & Communication
π Experience leading large cross-functional teams;
π Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
βData & Problem Solving
π Data-driven decision-making approach;
π Ability to quickly identify root causes and prioritize effectively.
