We are looking for a Paralegal to support the Senior Legal Counsel in managing the legal and compliance aspects of our operations.This role focuses on assisting with regulatory compliance, contract administration, corporate documentation, and legal research across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international fintech environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Assist in monitoring international cryptocurrency regulations across regions (EU, UK, LATAM, Asia)
• Conduct legal research on regulatory requirements and prepare summaries for internal use
• Support preparation of documentation for license applications and regulatory filings
• Track regulatory updates and help maintain internal compliance policies

🌚What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience as a Paralegal / Legal Assistant
• Law degree (or in progress)
• Basic understanding of: contract law, corporate law, regulatory compliance
• Strong research and organizational skills
• High attention to details
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
