We’re looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team and help scale and optimize our business processes within a CFD brokerage environment.

🔎 What we’re looking for:
Proven experience working with a CFD broker
Strong understanding of sales and business development processes
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (optimization, updates, implementing new features)
Ability to track and improve team performance
Experience creating guidelines, SOPs, and internal processes
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

💼 Key responsibilities:
Work closely with the Business Development team
Manage and enhance CRM systems
Monitor sales performance and drive improvements
Develop and implement processes, standards, and best practices
