🚀 Data Scientist | Limassol, Cyprus (on-site/hybrid)

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team at Hytech.
We are building data-driven solutions focused on real-time data processing, analytics, and scalable infrastructure.

If you’re excited about fraud detection, large-scale data, and production-level ML models — this role is for you.

What you’ll do:
• Analyze transactional data to detect fraud
• Build predictive models and scoring systems
• Automate data processes (Python / SQL)
• Work with large-scale datasets
• Create clear visualizations for stakeholders
• Stay on top of fraud trends and improve detection methods

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Scientist
• Strong Python & SQL skills
• Solid background in statistics & machine learning
• Experience in fintech / fraud detection is a plus

Tech stack:
Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
XGBoost / LightGBM
Advanced SQL
Keras / PyTorch
Nice to have: Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Graph DB
