Requirements:
• 2-3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager
• Understanding of game development or 2D/3D art production pipelines (stages, reviews, iterations, dependencies)
• Experience in planning and deadline control: estimates, buffers, priorities, change management
• Experience with task trackers and communication tools
• Strong soft skills: clear communication, proactivity, attention to detail, organization, time management, negotiation skills, and ability to maintain boundaries
• English level: Intermediate or higher (written communication and calls with clients when needed)
• knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian
Nice to have:
• Experience specifically in art outsourcing / game art production
• Basic understanding of budgeting/margins (to understand resource constraints)
• Passion for games and visual storytelling
