👋 My name is Vladimir. For the last 2 years I have been working at Sberbank as a Lead Support Engineer, managing releases and production support for high‑load fintech systems. I led the migration from legacy systems to a Kubernetes‑based microservices architecture, and over 5 years I have reduced production incidents by 50 percent, improved system throughput threefold, and automated up to 80 percent of manual release processes using CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bitbucket), Kubernetes/OpenShift and modern monitoring tools.
